The location was picturesque, a 5-minute drive to Gondola Lift. What's more, it was near local restaurants in Borovets and in Samakov where there are outstanding traditional restaurants serving fabulous food at incredibly reasonable prices, borovets on a budget and the pine forest on the outskirts of Borovets. Amicable staff especially at the receptionist, everything was fairly clean.

Nothing everything was great. It met needs.

The room was absolutely mind-blowing, spacious and clean with a flat-screen TV and an electric kettle. The personnel were super friendly and polite, providing excellent service in the bar and restaurant. The location was jaw-dropping, surrounded by beautiful nature and away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. Plus, the free Wi-Fi and parking were a great bonus.

It was located in a great area just off the restaurant, the main ski slopes, and the pine forest on the outskirts of Borovets, Had fast check in.

The hotel grounds were just a short distance from the ski resort, which was super convenient. The facilities, including the pool, sauna, and steam rooms, were all mind-blowingly clean and provided a great place to relax. The buffet dinner offered a jaw-dropping variety of salads and hot food options, though breakfasts were not as impressive. One special touch was when the hotel surprised us with a birthday card and beautifully organized cakes in our room after a long day on the slopes. The hotel also provided transfers to the ski resort in the morning and evening, although the last evening transfer at 5pm was a bit early, but the affordable taxi option made up for it. this place was fantastic, with its new, modern, and clean atmosphere in a beautiful location surrounded by trees. The facilities, including parking and playgrounds, were great, and the spa had a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, even accommodating our request for service late in the afternoon. We also received an upgrade to Festa Winter Palace, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff, especially those in the restaurant and housekeeping, were exceptional. We were traveling with our baby, and everything we needed was provided to make our stay comfortable. The pool and salt room were clean and enjoyable, and of all the hotels we explored in the area, Festa Winter Palace was definitely in the top 3. We will definitely return in the future. The staff, especially the spa lady, were extremely pleasant and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The steam bath, sauna, and pool were all quite nice.

The prices in the restaurant are higher compared to other local restaurants in Borovets, which may be a drawback for some guests.

Actually we (me and my wife) stayed only one night at the hotel and that is because we went to Borovets to spend a few days skiing, but there was no snow around!!!! nevertheless I can say that is a nice hotel, good for business meetings, with a friendly staff and several benefits for relaxation.

Generally speaking it is an OK hotel, friendly, clean, quiet. Comparing it though to other 4star hotels within EU it offers middle quality services. Maybe not the best choice for someone who wants easy and fast access to the slopes as it is located 1,5 Km away from the telecabine. A little bit expensive I think

Hosts were very kind and nice, even gave us room with fantastic views of the mountains. Location was good and stunning, we reached Borovets Ski Resort within 5 minutes by driving.

I recently stayed at this 4-star hotel in a beautiful location surrounded by a lush pine forest. I was immediately impressed by the warm and cozy atmosphere, especially with the inviting fireplace in the lobby. The staff here provided excellent service, from the quick and easy check-in to the attentive room service. The room itself was spacious and well-heated, providing a comfortable retreat after a long day of exploring. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the bathroom, with a decent shower and plenty of fresh towels.

All in all, I had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to friends and family.

It has new-fashioned, neat room with fantastic views, comfy pillows, balcony. Employees are excellent and helpful, especially at the receptionist.

The location is not ideal.
